Fear is one emotion that impacts one's life seriously. Fear isn't unvaryingly negative, provided that you learn how best to handle the sensation of fear. And yet it can be potentially hazardous when the sensation of fear is becoming so acute that you become unable to function correctly. it's important that you can understand where fear is coming from and fix it logically. If not, it can end up in you making illogical replies on the situation at hand. When this happens, you can end up incapable of making clear and logical choices, unable to trust your surrounding and folks, resistance to get help from others, prevents you from exploring and enjoying fresh opportunities and experiences, absence of incentive to follow your dreams. It can end up being really damaging.
